Friday, January 22, 2010, 8:30am-10:15am in the Congressional Auditorium, US Capitol, Washington, DC.

Enter at Main Door of Capitol Visitors Center, East Lawn of US Capitol (directly across the street from the Supreme Court). The building will open at 8am, please arrive at that time to allow time to get through security clearance. Security is very tight and items such as food, drinks and back packs are not allowed in the building. There are three metro stops within walking distance of the Capitol:

Union Station – Located at First Street, NW, and Massachusetts Avenue. - Parking Garage here as well.
Capitol South – Located at First Street between C and D Streets, SE.
Federal Center, SW – Located at the Southwest corner of Third and D streets, SW.

All are invited to attend and any recognized minister is invited to participate in the reading of the prayers and scripture. Ministers are asked, when applicable, to wear appropriate clergy vestments and symbols. The prayers and Scripture passages will be printed, distributed and assigned to each participating minister. You will not be asked to share extemporaneous prayers or words.
